Alliance community connections is a clinician-owned and operated Group adult foster care agency dedicated to providing exceptional care while meeting the needs of our clients and their families.

Despite the name Group adult foster care ,this  program doesn’t remove the client from his/her home.

The program is strictly  a supportive program that provides personal care assistance to allow the elderly ,frail and people with disability to remain in their homes

Alliance community connection’s strategic priority is to grow the program, by providing exceptional care to our members. Our performance improvement activities are aimed at developing our staff and hiring only the most experienced and competent staff. We provide an array of training and education to our staff to support our performance and strategic goals.
